Spoolhouse

Inventory, reorder and print-farm software for 3D-print shops that sell on Shopify, TikTok Shop and Etsy and print on Bambu Lab printers.

Who it’s for

3D-print shops selling on Shopify, TikTok Shop and Etsy.

The problem

A print shop that sells the same products on Shopify, TikTok Shop and Etsy needs every sale to come off every channel’s count, and still has filament, parts and printers to plan around.

Spoolhouse is the single source of truth for stock. It keeps every channel’s counts correct, plans what to print and buy, and drives the print farm.

What it does

Channel sync
Shopify, TikTok Shop and Etsy behind one connection model: link products by SKU, take a first count, then orders arrive by signed webhook with a 10-minute sweep as backup. A pause switch stops all pushes.
Stock and orders
Items, colors, parts lists, vendors and filament in grams. Count changes need a reason. Assemble ahead, pack lists, ship, cancel, and hold an order off the pack list.
Reorder planning
A seasonal forecast turns into make and buy lists that respect pack sizes and lead times. Prints may start automatically; purchases never do.
Alerts
Discord alerts when something changes, with quiet hours and a daily briefing.
Print farm
Bambu Lab printers over the shop’s own network: status, pause, resume and stop, and a print starts only after someone confirms the bed is cleared.
Reports and forecasts
12-week sales forecasts, slow movers, and reports by product with each color’s recent sales.
Sign-in and security
Long passwords checked against breached lists, required two-factor codes, recovery codes, an audit log, and secrets stored encrypted.
Updates and health
Signed automatic updates install overnight with rollback. A system page shows component health and builds a support bundle with secrets removed.

How it runs

Spoolhouse runs on one computer in the shop: a .NET service with a SQLite database, installed with a Windows setup program. There is no database server to run and nothing to host.

Orders, products and stock counts stay on the shop’s own machine. We don’t host them and never receive them.

Spoolhouse keeps order numbers, items and quantities so it can reserve and count stock. It does not store buyers’ names, addresses, emails or phone numbers.

Spoolhouse is the only thing that writes stock to the stores. It connects with the permissions the shop approves: it reads products and orders and updates stock counts, and never changes prices or listings.

A local AI assistant and daily briefing run through Ollama on the shop’s own hardware and fall back to rules when it isn’t available.
